Solutions Consultant, Marketing Cloud

We are looking for a Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant to ensure our clients get the most out of the platform and can fully execute their strategic vision.

What you’ll do

• Work directly with client-side business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and create a roadmap
• Partner with agency-side teams in client services and project management to help plan and scope projects and programs
• Help create the technical architecture of data, components, and platform configuration for complex automations and marketing programs
• Create diagrams and documentation for the overall systems and solutions architecture
• Define best practices and actively look for opportunities to optimize solutions, business processes, collaboration, accuracy, and efficiency
• Stay informed of marketing technology trends, opportunities, and best practices

Skills and tools you’ll use

• Relational database concepts and SQL
• Cross-cloud architecture, data models, and connectors
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud programmatic languages, tools, and APIs
• ETL processes
• CRM and digital marketing strategy
• Atlassian Jira and Confluence
• Google Workspace

You are

• A leader with at least 3 years of experience in information technology or a digital agency
• A clear communicator who can explain complex technical concepts to business people and developers alike
• Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant/Developer is a big plus
